With a long weekend ahead we decided a change of scenery would be nice. We decided to take a night in Orlando at the Hyatt Regency. We are Globalists for Hyatt and had heard their lounge had opened after being closed for a while during the pandemic. The Globalist lounge is in my opinion one of the best perks of the status. Unfortunately, not all lounges have reopened and Hyatt decided to discontinue them in certain locations.
The lounge is a large meeting space which typically serves breakfast, all day drinks, apps and deserts. It’s a good place to take a break but not have to be stuck in a tiny room. (Especially with kids) The lounge in the Hyatt Regency Orlando was massive with a stunning view.
They served a beautiful breakfast which did not disappoint!
The Hyatt Regency Orlando happens to also have a gorgeous gym and pool. It is an amazing escape without even having to leave the hotel.
Hyatt Regency Orlando also offers a great location walking distance to restaurants, arcades, top golf, ifly, and many other fun activities. Being in the heart of Orlando with all the amusement parks, this was the perfect spot.
Hyatt rewards show this hotel ranges from 9,000-12,000 points per night.
